Candlelight Vigil for Nex Benedict

Join us for a candlelight vigil in memory of Nex Benedict, an Oklahoma, non-binary teen who tragically lost their life. This safe space is for our LGBTQIA+ community, especially transgender, gender non-conforming, and non-binary individuals, to come together in support and solidarity.
We will hear from local non-binary students and alumni of Pittsburgh schools about their experiences, and offer a platform for community leaders to address the importance of creating safe and inclusive queer spaces.
