For 33 years, the National LGBTQ Task Force has brought you Creating Change, the largest LGBTQ activist conference in the country. Every year, thousands of people from across the country come together to learn, connect, and resist. At Creating Change we sharpen our minds with skills and knowledge, fill our hearts with love and joy, and deepen our commitment to freedom, justice and equity for all LGBTQ people. Creating Change 2021 will be no different, with one big exception: Creating Change 2021 will be our first ever virtual conference.

Q: What is Creating Change?
A: The Creating Change Conference is the foremost political, leadership, and skills-building conference for the LGBTQ social justice movement. Since 1988, Creating Change has created opportunities for many thousands of committed people to develop and hone their activist skills, build community, and inspire.
The primary goal of the Creating Change Conference is to build the LGBTQ movement’s political power from the ground up to secure our overarching goal of full freedom, justice, and equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer people in the United States.
